About the Role

We currently have an enviable opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our high performing Cummins team.Reportingto the Cummins Central Region HR Leader, you’ll be afull functional senior HR generalist supporting a number of branches across NSW, ACT, & NZ in an operational capacity.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Human Resource business processes in consultation as a true business partner across a range of operational facilities

  • Ensure consistent compliance with legislative requirements and adherence with human resources policies and processes.

  • Provide employee and recruiting support, evaluates structure, job design and headcount forecasting and other people data analysis

  • Provide coaching and advice to leaders on people matters

  • Conduct and document investigations

  • Lead performance management activities, including employee development planning

  • Lead training needs assessments and participates in training activities and special projects

  • Ensure all cyclical activities are executed effectively (salary and performance reviews, talent reviews etc)

About you

  • Be tertiary qualified with at least 5-8 years HR generalist experience

  • Proven experience working in global or similar complex matrixed organisation

  • Experience within manufacturing, automotive or mining industries is advantageous

  • Adopt a proactive and positive attitude

  • Demonstrate clear commitment to customer service and safe work practices

  • Exceptional written and verbal communicative skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with key stakeholders
