Placement - Human Resources


Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, to provide a continuously improving HR service to employees and managers

  • Supporting the HR Officer and the Senior HR Administrator;

  • Supporting with time attendance system (e-time);

  • Input data into OneSource records (data management system);

  • Maintain headcount report and training records;

  • Coordinate training and maintain training records;

  • Supporting the department on ongoing projects;

  • Supporting the absence management process;

  • Updating notice boards / sending out all employee emails / letters;

  • Arranging onboarding and inductions for new starters - functional / HR and H&S

  • Conducting and supporting with exit interviews;

  • Organising and prepare facilities for training;

  • Issuing references on request (visa, relocation and employment);

  • Supporting office development projects;

  • Co-ordinating community involvement and ‘Every Employee Every Community’ events;

  • Supporting the team in employee relation issues;

  • Coordination/support of invoices through the companies Ariba system;


  • Working towards a HRM or Business related degree is essential (2nd year completed)

  • GCSE Maths, English and Science essential

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
