We are looking for a talented Area Change Leader to join our team specializing in the delivery of high level Organizational Change and Business Transformation projects Worldwide. This is a offsite work opportunity where you will work cross functionally across various UK, European and Global locations within our Distribution Business Unit.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead Change Management efforts across multiple global projects simultaneously and work with regional program leaders and project stakeholders to ensure a high level of change adoption.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to Business Transformation Program Leaders on the best tools, process, and methods to drive Change Management for projects when not directly engaged.

  • Co-leads the Change Management intake process, thoroughly assessing the needs of the Change to ensure that appropriate Change Management principles and support models are applied and resourced

  • Work closely with business leadership teams to assess and prioritize Change Management support to the business/function program portfolio

  • Actively promotes and supports use of the CMI Change Management framework within assigned business/function and ensures alignment to Center of Excellence processes and BPT portfolio governance model

  • Contributes to the Area Change Leader community of practice including champions engagement strategies, learning forums and continuous improvement

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Bachelors degree or qualified by experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including leadership and budgetary experience, required.

  • Prior Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts as a leader and/or practitioner.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and phases of the project lifecycle.

  • Flexibility to work in different time zones to support global projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual Compensation Range:$95K to $128K.

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after taking into account relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
