We are looking for a talented HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER to join our team specializing in HUMAN RESOURCES for our DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS in SAN PEDRO SULA, HONDURAS.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• -Talent Management sessions participation. Support and collaborate with the Country Manager and leaders to define succession plans, candidates’ applications, development management and performance evaluations

• -Business Units organization design and reorganization of the structure

• -Local Wellness Plan Management (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Women's Day, Christmas, etc.)

• -Code of Ethics Investigations

• -Follow-Up Talent Acquisition team in vacancies forecast

• -Achieve HR KPIs

• -Support staff of different Business Units

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• -Solid experience in an HRBP position

• -Bachelor's Degree

• -Upper Intermediate English

• -Compensation and benefits analysis knowledge

• -General knowledge in Payroll

• -Experience in labor relations, knowledge of labor legislation, desirable to have courses

• -Microsoft Office

• -Power BI knowledge is desirable
