Description

  • Responsible for executing the entire Collective Bargaining strategy for the region, participating in the collective bargaining drafting process.

  • Negotiating labor agreements according to the demands of the business.

  • Manages and implements the organization's labor relations programs, policies and procedures.

  • Resolves problems, manages conflicts, and interprets labor contracts.

  • Provides management and employees with guidance on labor law issues.

  • Understands business strategies and initiatives such as safety, security and productivity to act as a management resource and line human resources in labor relations.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

  • Significant experience in union negotiations and employee relations.

  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation.

  • Experience leading teams.

  • Advanced English.

  • Spanish desirable.
