Description

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team specializing in Administrative Support for Talent Acquisition.

The TA Coordinator/Associate Recruiter will partner and collaborate with hiring managers, interview teams, recruiters, human resources, shared services and other key stakeholders to provide support services across talent acquisition and onboarding processes.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Schedule candidate interviews by coordinating schedules with hiring managers, making travel arrangements, preparing candidate information packets, creating interview agendas, etc.

  • Manage and submit expenses for payment as it relates to the interview process and candidate travel, etc. for external candidates.

  • Create and format job descriptions in accordance with Cummins employment brand.

  • Accountable for managing life cycle of requisition through applicant tracking system (ATS) including documentation for auditing purposes.

  • Lead and support the offer management process, initiate and complete background and reference checks which may include supporting electronic consents, and communicate results to the appropriate parties.

  • Participates in continuous improvement activities for talent acquisition processes; documents processes and improvements; contributes to communication and change management efforts for improvement activities.

  • Adheres to recruiting processes, policies, tools and recruitment teams in compliance with relevant legislative and governmental regulations and in adherence with the company’s policies and procedures. Collaborates with immigration team to ensure compliance with all immigration regulations.
