In Cummins, Belgium, you will get to work in the Human Resources department which is supporting all departments at the Rumst site.

The purpose of this Internship is to support the HR team in the various tasks, initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in HR administration f.ex drafting contracts, promotion letters, coordinating parental leaves, ...

  • Recruitment: draft vacancies, perform selections and conduct interviews

  • Support in various HR projects

  • Support the HR admin with preparation of Social Elections in 2020

  • Support the reporting tasks: headcount reporting, absenteeism, ...

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Dutch and English

  • Good MS Word/ Excel/PowerPoint skills

  • Analytical skills

  • Bachelor studies Office Management or Applied Psychology
