Qualifications

This is an exciting opportunity for Senior HR Information Systems Analysts - #TN096 in Nashville, Tennessee

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

  • Lead HR management systems activities by serving as the functional application expert for various technologies.

  • Lead change controls processes for HR management systems and act as a key member of the application and regional implementation team for application upgrades, new or changing solutions, and new integrations.

  • Manage the configuration of HR applications for enterprise, or region-specific requirements in alignment with company design and application standards.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on the design of new and changing technology enables business processes and evaluate end-to-end impact.

  • Maintain functional system documentation for assigned technologies and/or regions including change documentation.

  • Manage the testing and implementation of new solutions, system patches and enhancement, and ensure documentation of complex issue resolution.

  • Maintain system security and access administration and resolve highly complex user requests and system issues.

  • Lead user training and provide HR systems reporting support for end users.

  • Assess and define the design, configuration, testing, and support of HR applications using defined standards to address business needs while leading Human Resource Information Systems Administration.

  • Interpret HR information systems information relying on knowledge of business and functional frameworks and leverage analytical problem-solving tools to draw conclusions and communicate meaningful patterns that drive business insights.

  • Lead complex Human Resources Data Management by acting on people data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policy and legislative requirements.

  • Evaluate, define, and design HR technology solutions to meet business needs and design integrated technology enabled business processes.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Change controls processes for HR management systems

  • Enterprise Management

  • Solutions management, testing and implementation

  • Complex issue resolution

  • HR applications design, configuration, and testing

  • Human Resources Data Management

  • Evaluate, define, and design HR technology solutions

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

  • Positions require a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and 2 years of experience as an Information or Systems Analyst or Consultant, or related position.

  • Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and 5 years of experience as an Information or Systems Analyst or Consultant, or related position.

JOB SITE: Nashville, Tennessee

WORK HOURS: 40 hours/week - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation and Benefits

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience plus bonus.
