We are looking for a talented Compensation Analyst/Global Stock Plan Administrator to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our Corporate Business Segment in Nashville, TN
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Prepare and process new on-line equity awards, exercises, terminations, and paperwork on a timely basis for all employees and other equity holders in 23 countries.
Ensure compliance and accurate and timely tax withholding and reporting to global Payroll groups in addition, reporting and taxation compliance of globally mobile equity recipients
Provide excellent customer service to plan participants at all levels, while collaborating with multiple departments to establish sound equity administration processes and procedures
Help develop materials and other employee communications, contribute ideas and assist with employee education program utilizing various media available, including conducting employee trainings and information sessions (in person and via video conferencing)
Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding equity programs and processes in a timely and courteous manner.
Prepare reports and respond to ad-hoc data requests on a timely basis and perform regular reconciliations with Transfer Agent, Finance, HR and Payroll.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience with stock plan administration and transactions. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Global Compensation Manager.
Minimum of 3-years’ equity experience with a public company with an extensive global footprint
Experience administering multiple equity types and transactions.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters as they relate to equity in multiple countries.
Extensive customer service and administrative experience with heavy employee interaction in a fast-paced global company.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
