This is an exciting opportunity for Global Mobility Senior Specialist - #TN097 in Nashville, Tennessee
Your impact will happen in these and other ways:
Collect, analyze, and apply the information required to manage global relocation, expatriate assignment, and immigration and tax compliance activities between Cummins’ parent and subsidiaries worldwide.
Coordinate the delivery of third-party provider services provided to the relocation team and individual transferees and coordinate relocation reporting with payroll team and manage specific program elements such as home sale corporate inventory with selected vendors.
Provide ongoing guidance and counselling to relocating employees using knowledge of relocation programs.
Utilize Organizational Development tools including benchmarking, scorecards, quality management, and team-based work systems and support Change Management to increase organizational performance.
Facilitate essential payroll activities by consulting on complex compensation inquiries and resolve issues arising therefrom utilizing knowledge of complex payroll for Expatriates.
Administer the collection, consolidation and interpretation of data required to support management of relocation services and provide management reporting.
Apply knowledge of AssignmentPro to initiate vendors, track key assignment dates, raise exceptions and assignment extensions, collect compensation data and generate reports.
Conduct reviews of moderately complex relocation inquiries and issues and assist with corrective action plans.
Provide training to line human resources, relocating employees, internal team members and other key stakeholders on employee relocation programs and practices using knowledge of Global Mobility processes.
Translate plan design, statutory and tax requirements in the communication and delivery of regional compensation and benefits programs.
Generate ad hoc reporting and analysis of global information from data sources including Oracle Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and provide information summary for Pre-Mobilization process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with relocation service providers, business leaders and line human resources as a subject matter expert.
Collaborate with the employee relocation team and other stakeholders on continuous process improvements and lead specified initiatives.
Audit Cummins’ third-party vendors by conducting annual reviews and guiding and implementing improvements by analyzing key performance indicators (KPI).

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications
- Positions require abachelor’s degree in Business (Human Resources or Industrial Relations), Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or related field and 5 years of experience as a Global Mobility Specialist, Employee Relocation Specialist or related position.
JOB SITE: Nashville, Tennessee
WORK HOURS: 40 hours/week - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation and Benefits
Base hourly rate commensurate with experience plus bonus.
