Global Expatriate Services Manager

Description

We are looking for a talented Global Expatriate Services Manager to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our Corporate Business Segment in Nashville, TN .

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Change Management - Applies the Cummins structured process and tool set for engaging individuals and organizations through change to achieve and sustain business results and outcomes.

  • Compensation and Benefits Administration - Translates Cummins plan design, statutory and tax requirements in the communication and delivery of compensation and benefit programs.

  • Mobility Administration - Translates applicable policies, taxation, immigration laws, local legislation and internal controls procedures in the delivery of programs focused on the seamless movement of talent.

Data Analytics - Interprets information relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks, and leverages analytical problem-solving tools to draw conclusions and communicate meaningful patterns that drive business insights; assesses quality of data as an initial step of the analysis.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • 10 years managing International Assignment Programs, globally preferred

  • Background should include international tax, immigration and compensation with global understanding.

  • Global Change Management experience with Expatriate services

  • Global Mobility strategy experience

  • Ideally a Senior Manager who has both Global Mobility and industry Corporate & Service/Vendor experience

  • Proven experience with international industry panel representation and participation with global corporate benchmarking circles

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
