This is an exciting opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee for a Human Resources Information Systems Admin. Cummins USA is where you can work on industry leading projects.

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:

  • Works as the first point of contact for customers’ requests.

  • Assists users with guidance and help to resolve common questions and issues related to business processes and system functionalities; takes care of system processes like data corrections, updates, rollback, etc.

  • Works in a team environment to achieve operational metrics and testing goals during patches and enhancements implementation.

  • Coordinate with others to support operations and attend customers’ requests logged through the service management system.

  • Assist in basic system configurations and performs data mass updates.

  • Participate as tester for reporting, system enhancements, patches and fixes. Maintain documentation of own test results and issue logs to report back to testing manager.

  • Assist with documentation of business processes flows, work instructions and other instructional videos and similar materials.

  • Coordinate and assist with system training enrollments, materials, delivery and maintenance of Confidentiality Agreements.

  • Support teammates on resources needed to deliver HRIS training sessions.

  • Assist on elaboration and distribution of communications throughout several channels

  • Assist on recurring calls and open sessions with the HR community for the Regions.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • One or more years of prior experience working with HR & Benefits business processes and systems is preferred.

  • Experience with documentation management processes a plus.

  • Experience with user service management systems (ticketing systems), a plus.

  • Strong computer skills including advanced use of Microsoft Excel is required.

  • Effectively manage confidential information.

  • Need analytical skills and able to take proactive approach in common problem solving in the daily work.

  • Attention to detail to ensure data integrity.

  • Deals well with ambiguity.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong customer service approach.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Fluently bilingual in Spanish & English – written and spoken required

Compensation and Benefits

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience.
