This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor in Istanbul. You will be responsible for leading human resources business processes for a moderately complex organization across multiple functions, with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives and employee engagement. You will ensure that the business remains compliant with employment law legislation and that HR policy and procedures are understood and followed at all levels.

Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:
Utilize your extensive knowledge of Turkish Employment Law legislation to ensure the business remains compliant. Advise organization and functional leadership teams on key legislative requirements.
Act as a Business Partner to the Country Leader and Senior Management Team, advising on human resources, policies and procedures.
Ensure 100% accuracy and completion of HR reports such as; weekly recruitment and forecasting, employee records etc.
Collaborate with the HR Leader with the preparation of succession and workforce planning
Assist with administration of payroll duties/eTime weekly sign-off
Evaluate organizational structures, job design and headcount forecasting, implementing tactics to maintain a diverse work force.
Resolve conflicts and provide coaching and counseling on human resources matters for individuals or groups within a defined organization or function.
Facilitate compensation process and benefits administration by partnering with shared services and corporate human resources; develops and implements workforce compensation recommendations.
Conduct and documents investigations for business areas or corporate functional areas.
Lead training needs assessments and participates in training activities and special projects.
Participate in initiatives to improve the overall effectiveness of human resources processes; leads specific improvement initiatives.
Create employment contracts as required by local law or practice.
Provide cover for Italy/Spain HR Managers as/when required
Skills and Experience Required:
You will be successful in this role with the following experience:
Existing experience in a HR Generalist position is essential, ideally within one of the following arenas; manufacturing, engineering, warehousing and distribution
Extensive knowledge and understanding of Turkish Employment Law Legislation with demonstrable experience of ensuring these are adhered to in a previous role.

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
