This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist working within our Corporate Business Unit and supporting external hiring across the UK & Europe region. Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:

  • Delivers on the Graduate and Placement Hiring strategy for Cummins Europe to attract and hire quality candidates through University sites, events and workshops.

  • Actively supports HR and key Business stakeholders on building more structured hiring process for the Europe Development Programs.

  • Partners with HR and the Business to anticipate hiring needs & liaises with Europe Team Leader to ensure budget has allocated spend for the following initiatives: Graduate & Placement Hiring, Diversity & Inclusion and Social Media.

  • Leads the Korn Ferry extended RPO team on hiring and driving a more efficient hiring process to improve time to fill, quality and raise Diversity & Inclusion focus.

  • Leads and executes the Social Media Europe strategy through targeted campaigns to raise Cummins' employer brand as an Employer of Choice for UK & Europe.

  • In partnership with the Global Diversity & Inclusion team, executes the UK/Europe D&I strategy to raise awareness for Cummins as an inclusive Employer of Choice.

  • Coaches, collaborates and supports hiring managers and other key stakeholders in the recruiting process.

  • Conducts regular reviews of key performance indicators with leadership, recruitment teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in working for an international, commercial organisation with a global mindset and ability to support many key stakeholders cross-functionally across a region.

  • Substantial knowledge required in delivering on talent attraction & talent acquisition strategies for Graduate & Placement hiring

  • Significant Graduate & Placement recruiting experience that includes; managing partnerships with Universities and Professional Associations, attending career fairs and campus events, tracking results and managing the end to end recruiting cycle.

  • Extensive evidence of leading effective, compliant and inclusive assessment centre selection processes.

  • Proven success in leading and executing effective social media campaigns to attract suitably diverse applicants and build employer brand awareness.

  • Ability to partner strategically with key stakeholders through effective communication to build rapport and trust while holding key stakeholders accountable to the process.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% required

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

  • Educated to degree level in Human Resources, Business or another related subject or equivalent in experience.
