Regional Mobility Manager - EAME

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Mobility Manager, based in Darlington.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following;
Oversee processes and information within the EAME region. Continue to develop own knowledge and understanding of key legislation within the region to ensure compliance at all times.
Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and external relocation vendors to ensure ongoing compliance and performance excellence.
Coach and mentor mobility teams across EAME region; assigning work according to availability, skills and developmental needs. Identify opportunities to develop the team members and provide a clear career development path.
Understand and manages costs and expenses connected to relocation deliverables, maximizing the full intent of the benefit whilst minimizing expenses and costs.
Oversee the relocation exception process by ensuring that exceptions are in line with Corporate Strategy Guidance.
Deliver training where necessary to Line HR, relocating employees, internal team members and other key stakeholders on relocation programs and practices.
Collaborate with Line HR, and others on continuous process improvements within EAME region for relocation.
To be considered for this position you will need;
Qualifications in HR or Business Management are preferred, or substantial, relevant work experience.
Existing experience in managing international mobility matters, with a strong understanding for compliance requirements in the field of mobility.
A strong understanding of both personal and corporate tax issues and how these can be affected by people movement.
Sufficient experience and gravitas to operate at Group level and influence key stakeholders.
Detail focused with experience of handling complex subjects.
Good organizational, planning and decision making skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an added benefit.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary between £55 - £65,000 depending on relevant experience.
Defined contribution pension scheme - company contributions up to 9%
