Description

We are looking for a talented HR Associate to join our team in Columbus, IN with starting pay of $23.00 -$25.50/hour.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Responsible for HR activities to support employee traffic and initiatives within the Fuel Systems Plant

  • Ensures accuracy and completeness of workforce information in Human Resources Information Systems, including employee files; conducts regular data-entry audits to ensure completeness and accuracy

  • Coordinates and assists with internal audit requests.

  • May assist in documenting investigations.

  • Fast-paced, team-focused environment

  • Attention to detail and strong communication needed

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Qualifications

Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Experience

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

This position falls within the Office Committee Union (OCU) Base Business bargaining agreement.
