Since then, Cummins Sales and Service Korea has dedicated itself to providing best Sales, Service, and Support for generators, generator engines, road/marine diesel and gas engines, parts, and other power sources of numerous industries. Cummins Sales and Service Korea has also provided tech support, aftermarket support, training, and volunteering whenever and wherever there’s a need. It now has about 30 dealers in Korea, including the office in Pangyo and the headquarters in Cheonan.
This is an exciting opportunity in Cheonan for HR Coordinator. Cummins Sales and Services Korea in Cheonan is where HR Coordinator can assist overall Cummins business and related tasks, Communicate correctly in order to provide appropriate services for employee

Thinking beyond your desk includes:
Manage HRIS (Onesource)
Develop training plan and coordinate / implement / monitor the training activities
Manage and support company polices and company benefit programs
Support employee event/activities
Prepare various HR reports and report them with timely manner
Payroll job working with CBS HR
Support recruiting activities with Corporate Recruiting Team
Administrate local polices and benefit programs
Annual AOP and SPP and monthly FCST
Internal & External Audit
Work closely with cross BU HRs to make collaborative, common policies, programs etc.
Employee Mentoring program
Support employee committees (WAG/EAG/TAG/CIT/BBS/ etc.)
Work with HR Manager closely
English translation and interpretation
HR project involvement (Local/Global)
